We have the resources to help you with your artwork and logo.

If you do not have the art as per the guidelines, below, send us what you do have, and we will get it in to the correct format for you. The preferred formats are shown, but if these are not available, we have the resources to get the artwork done for you in the correct format for the project.

If you do not have a logo, we can help you as well.

If your logo is that of one of the larger companies, and you do not have access to it from your corporate Communications or Art Department, we may already have it on file for you. Please let us know the company name, Division, etc., and we will see if we have it for you.

• Acceptable formats: Adobe Illustrator 9 files or lower, or eps format, with fonts converted to outlines.
• Embedded artwork and fonts need to be supplied by the customer.
• The following PDF formats are acceptable:  
• with vector art
• rasterized images with NO SCREENS or HALFTONES 600 DPI minimum
• The following PHOTOSHOP formats are acceptable, if high resolution: 
• PSD
• EPS
• TIFF format.
• Conversion from Process color artwork spot colors can take around 3 days to complete, and will need to be quoted on a project basis.
• Line art needs to be 600 DPI minimum. Screen halftones are not suitable.
• The following generally may not be usable in their current format, but we can still use them as a base for your completed artwork. We will provide you with an estimate on getting it converted, prior to starting any work.
• Microsoft Word
• JPEGS,
• GIFS
• BMP
• PowerPoint

• Corel Draw files: Please save the file as an .ai (Adobe Illustrator) file.
• Faxed artwork: this can be used, but will need to be redrawn. Please fax to the number on the “About” page.
• For color information, please refer to our Pantone® page: there may be additional charges for doing Pantone matching: this will be on a case-by-case basis, and will be advised. In some cases, we may have a standard color that is close, and we may be able to avoid the PMS color match charge.
• Fonts: if no fonts are provided, we will use our discretion. If fonts are provided, and we do not have access to the original font, substitute fonts will be used. Please convert files to outlines and include the font description wherever possible.
• Text & Line Weight: Please bear in mind, the thinner the lines or the finer the text used in a logo, the less chance there is of achieving good results.
• Copyright: By providing the artwork, the sender acknowledges that they have the rights to the use of this logo design. In some cases, additional releases may be required from the owner of the design. For more information, please see the about page.
